"Shall the Minneapolis Park Board purchase the McNair Farm, two-thirds of the cost to be paid by the Third and Tenth Wards?"

The McNair Farm extended along Xerxes Avenue, through two and a half quarter sections, from 16th Avenue to Lowry. The Ewald brothers, who had operated their dairy farm there for years, moved off the McNair property in 1923.
